New Help Desk Ticketing System is Coming

S&T and UM System will be implementing a new IT Service Management tool on October 15, 2018.  The new tool, Cherwell is replacing Remedy and will continue to provide self-service access. If you currently have data stored in our Remedy System, please take the time now to export or copy any data that you may need to another location by October 19, 2018. Google Drive and Google Docs are available options.
