Weekend maintenance for Centrally Scheduled Conference Rooms

All S&T IT centrally scheduled conference rooms will be closed this weekend for maintenance. The computers in each of the 40 total conference rooms will have updates pushed out to them during the maintenance window. On Monday, July 12th, all conference rooms should be ready for use. IT will be able to remotely identify if any conference rooms require a technician to visit and complete the updates in person. It is anticipated that any conference room that has failed to update will be fully updated by a technician before noon.

If you have meetings scheduled for Monday morning in a conference room, please check the computer equipment before-hand if possible. If the computer equipment appears to be frozen, a new location may need to be found or the meeting(s) moved to the afternoon.
