UPDATE: Exchange online advisory

January 18, 2022 at 2:28pm: The Exchange Online encryption service has been restored. 

Some users are unable to send encrypted e-mail messages. Microsoft has identified the root issue and is implementing a fix. We will provide updates as they are available.
