On Thursday, 08/04, the email domain for Google Groups will change from @mst.edu to @grp.umsystem.edu.
Sending emails to Google Groups with the @mst.edu domain (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) will cause a delivery failure. You must use the new domain (e.g email@example.com) for your Google Group emails to ensure the messages are received by your group members.
To manage and update your Outlook recent email address suggestions (auto-complete) when typing in the To and CC fields of an email so that they use the new domain for your Google Groups, please visit the Microsoft Support website.
You should also update Outlook contacts you have created for each Google Group.
If you have a rule set up in Outlook to deliver incoming group messages to a specific folder, you should replace the firstname.lastname@example.org address with email@example.com so those messages will be delivered to the correct folder. Visit Microsoft Support online for guidelines on creating and editing inbox rules in Outlook and in Outlook on the Web.
