Cherwell ticket system has been restored and is performing normally. Cherwell ticket system is currently experiencing degraded performance. UM IT staff are looking into the issue. Windows updates will occur this weekend from midnight Friday, May 13, to 6 a.m. Saturday, May 14. Please leave your computer connected to the S&T network and powered on over the weekend.  Save and close any applications running because your computer will reboot during the update.

Scheduled network outage in Parker Hall

S&T IT Network Engineers will be upgrading network equipment in Parker Hall between the hours of 4pm-midnight on Wednesday, March 30.  All wired and wireless services will be impacted by this maintenance.   The outages are expected to be intermittent and brief as the equipment is being replaced.  If you have any questions, please contact Peg Wilson – peggy@mst.edu or 573.201.3885.

Beware of phone scammers posing as IT staff
