The error creating new Cherwell tickets by emailing ithelp@mst.edu has been corrected and the service is restored.Visit https://it.mst.edu/help-desk/ to open a chat or send an email to ithelp@mst.edu or call the IT Help Desk at 573-341-4357 to report technical issues to IT.

UM Service Outage

UM is experiencing a network outage that has affected some services S&T uses such as Joes’s and the Help Desk phone line (573-341-4357). There may be more services affected as UM is currently working to restore their network and bring those services back up.

Autodesk Change in Learning Spaces

IT has identified an incompatibility between versions of Autodesk products. After consulting with instructors, IT will disable Autodesk 2022 products in all physical CLCs and Classrooms, via AppsAnywhere, at noon on Friday Oct 8th. IT has implemented a fix for 2022 and will leave both versions of Autodesk products available via AppsAnywhere on non-classroom computers. […]

IT services restored

From approximately 4:10pm to 7:30pm CST, various IT services experienced an outage or were momentarily impacted due to a core system failure. Service has been restored and IT staff will continue to monitor the situation.
