Perceptive Content – Close Viewing Folders at 5pm TODAY

Tuesday, July 19, 2016, UM System is working with the vendor to fix the problems many of you are having with viewing folders (formerly known as “projects”) in Perceptive Content (aka ImageNow). The attempted fix this morning was unsuccessful. UM System will attempt the fix again this evening after business hours, shortly after 5 PM. They need all users off the system, which includes view only. Please close your Perceptive Content Explorer windows at 5 PM today, so that they may make this change.
