Exchange Inbound\Outbound Email Delays

The Exchange team is currently investigating high mail queues for inbound and outbound mail for all external email traffic. These queues could result in delays in sending and receiving email to the Internet. This issue is not impacting internal email or messages sent to our campus partners.
Technicians have opened a case with the vendor to identify the root cause. We will send updates as more information becomes available.
