UPDATE: July 6, 2022 at 8:00 am: All services have been restored, and incoming calls are making it through to campus phones.
UPDATE: July 5, 2022 at 7:15 pm: Upon further investigation, a broken fiber cable is preventing incoming calls to campus telephones. Work is being done to repair the fiber cable, and we anticipate that the repairs will be complete later tonight. An update of when phone service is restored will be posted here.
ORIGNAL POST: S&T IT is aware that calls from cellular phones to campus telephone numbers are failing. We are investigating the issue and talking with local telephone and national cellular providers. Updates will be provided here as we work to resolve the matter.
