On Monday, 8/15, through Wednesday, 8/17, the S&T IT Help Desk will be providing one-on-one assistance to faculty and staff returning to campus for the Fall semester. You will need to register for the day that best fits your schedule to ensure enough time to help you –

  • Rejoin your computer to the campus network
  • Install necessary security and software updates
  • Assist with –
    • Resetting passwords
    • Setting up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
    • Connecting to wifi
    • Updating OpenVPN profiles
    • Properly setup any peripheral devices
    • And more…

On the day that you register for assistance, please stop by the S&T IT Walk-In Center located on the first floor of the Curtis Laws Wilson Library at your convenience. We anticipate that we should be able to help most customers in a timely manner, but if a computer is in need of more time for repairs and updates, we will ask for your contact information and call you when it is ready for pickup.
