A phishing email was circulated to Missouri S&T email addresses today (Monday, Sept. 14). The email has a subject line of ‘List released on 14th September 2020’ and appears to be from an S&T student.
Do not respond or click the link within. Please delete the email as this phishing attempt has been reported to IT Security.
All students, faculty, and staff are reminded to exercise a healthy skepticism when receiving suspicious emails and follow the proper processto report spam and phishing attempts.
IT thanks the many S&T students, faculty, and staff who properly reported the phishing attack and did not click the link or enter their information.
