THE ISSUE HAS BEEN RESOLVED – 9:48 AM


We have received a status report from UM IT Systems that text message/SMS for MFA is down. A resolution timeframe is not provided, however, we will update this post when the status of this issue changes to resolved on UM IT Systems status page.

Below is UM IT Systems posted status:

“SMS for Two-Factor Authentication/MFA is completely down on the Microsoft side. Users are instructed to use “Sign in another way” and select the call method to access services in the meantime.”
