As a four campus initiative, effective May 26, 2020 all S&T Gmail accounts will be moved from Google Gmail to Microsoft 365. You will need to log into: https://portal.office.com and enter your username@umsystem.edu to access your new email. Your S&T email address will remain at username@mst.edu.
Your S&T Gmail account will remain so you may access current / old email from your S&T Gmail account. All new email after May 26, 2020 will be delivered to your Microsoft 365 account. Remember you will need to re-configure the new mailbox on your mobile devices.
S&T IT will not be migrating your S&T Gmail emails over to Microsoft 365, but you may use a tools such as Google Takeout: https://takeout.google.com/ to migrate your Gmail to Microsoft 365 if needed.
Your S&T Google account / Drive / storage will not change, continue to log into Google with username@umsystem.edu. The only change is your Gmail account will no longer receive email, it will be delivered to your new S&T Microsoft 365 account.
